Ingredients:

Before we embark on this journey to lemonade bliss, let's gather the star ingredients:

· 1 cup mixed fresh berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, blackberries)

· 4-5 large juicy lemons

· 1/2 cup granulated sugar (adjust to your preferred sweetness)

· 4 cups cold water

· Ice cubes

· Fresh mint leaves and extra berries for garnish

Preparation:

Now that we have everything we need, let's dive into the simple and enjoyable preparation process:

Wash and Prepare the Berries:

Start by rinsing the fresh berries under cold running water. Pat them dry gently with a paper towel. Remove any stems or leaves and set aside a few berries for garnishing later.

Make Fresh Lemon Juice:

Cut the lemons in half and extract the juice using a citrus juicer or simply by squeezing them over a bowl. Ensure you remove any seeds that might have fallen into the juice.

Blend the Berries:

Take the washed berries and place them in a blender. Pulse until they form a smooth puree. If you prefer a chunkier texture, you can leave some berry pieces in the puree.

Sweeten the Mix:

In a pitcher, combine the fresh lemon juice, berry puree, and granulated sugar. Stir the mixture well until the sugar completely dissolves. Remember, you can adjust the sweetness according to your taste preferences by adding more or less sugar.

Add Cold Water:

Now, pour the cold water into the pitcher, giving everything a good mix. The water will dilute the lemonade and create a perfect balance of flavors.

Chill and Serve:

Place the pitcher in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to let the flavors marry. When you're ready to serve, add ice cubes to tall glasses, pour the fresh berry lemonade over the ice, and garnish with extra berries and a sprig of mint.
