Here is the simple recipe to make chocolate chip cookies without brown sugar:

Ingredients:

• One cup (2 sticks) unsalted butter, softened

• One cup granulated sugar

• One large egg

• One teaspoon vanilla extract

• 2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour

• One teaspoon baking soda

• Half teaspoon salt

• One cup semisweet chocolate chips

• You can also add other ingredients to the dough, such as nuts, dried fruit, or M&Ms.

Instructions:

1. Now preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).

2. Then cream together the butter and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.

3. Beat in the egg and vanilla extract.

4. Now, in a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt.
